M1 (120 SF Studio) can be installed in most jurisdictions without a building permit, and with our unique ground screw foundation system, takes 2-3 weeks from start to finish. • We can accommodate a variety of solar systems. Our standard option is a grid-tied system that notably offsets the electricity used from your provider, but other options are available with battery backup.
